Next Day Dispatch
Next day dispatch applies to products in stock. Orders received and processed by us before 5pm each business day will be dispatched on the following business day for next day dispatch items, and delivered on average within 1-9 business days.
Certain areas may be delivered longer depending on your location. Orders received and processed by us on Friday or weekend days will be dispatched on the following Monday for next day dispatch items.
Flat Rate Shipping: is our flat rate shipping. Just $12.50 regardless of how many products you order. In order to maintain this low price, we will ship your parcel through either Australia Post or Aramex – which ever one is cheaper. If you would prefer Australia Post, then we suggest you select the Australia Post option.

In the event an item is lost or damaged we request you contact Noconah at email@example.com outlining your concern for Noconah to determine the best course of action. Noconah is not liable for products lost or damaged in shipment by the Courier provider.
If your item has been damaged, please send an image to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please notify Noconah at email@example.com for action to take place however any claims should be addressed to the courier provider. Noconah charges a flat rate for for shipping on all purchases, which is based on an average across Australia.

Delayed, Damaged or Lost Shipping
If we could, we would love to deliver your parcel, but the reality is, we must outsource this part of our service. While we will have your parcel processed and dispatched the very next business day … but sometimes the unexpected happens.
Should your parcel not be delivered on schedule, we ask that you wait a day or two and then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and will contact the courier you have selected and try to locate your parcel.
In the event an item is damaged we request you contact Noconah at email@example.com outlining your concern, the Noconah team will then determine the best course of action.
Noconah is not liable for products lost or damaged in shipment by the Courier provider.

We currently offer international delivery to:
- New Zealand – approx 4 – 12 business days
- United States of America – approx 4 – 21 business days
- United Kingdom – approx 4 – 21 business days
- Canada – approx 4 – 18 business days
International Customs Fees
All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase.
Noconah is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.
If an order is refused by a customer due to customs duty, taxes and/or fees, the parcel will be held for 2 weeks. If these fees are not paid in this time the parcel will be abandoned. Subsequent fees may be applied to any refund if eligible. Noconah is not responsible for refunding or handling of an abandoned order.
GST – Goods & Services Tax Australia
GST is an Australian Tax. If you are purchasing one of our products from outside Australia and getting it shipped outside of Australia, you will be exempt from having to pay the GST component. GST will be removed from your balance once you have added your shipping address.
Calculating International Shipping
All International shipping is calculated in either the cart or checkout once your address has been added and will be calculated based on weight and location. International orders may be shipped by various Couriers.
Please note that International shipping will incur higher charges than Domestic shipping.

With Couriers and Australia Post simply overwhelmed with the huge influx of online orders, border closures and lockdowns, delivery times are not what they use to be.
So if you want to make sure you’ve got all the presents under your Christmas tree this year, it’s time to start Christmas shopping now!
Noconah’s warehouse is based on the Gold Coast in Queensland and all of our parcels are dispatched from this location. To guarantee pre-Christmas deliver, we will need to have your parcel lodged with Australia Post or our couriers by the following dates:
