Where are you located?

We are a Gold Coast based business. Our warehouse is based on the Northern end of the Gold Coast, however, we don’t currently have a showroom. We only offer an online service at this stage.

Do you have a showroom?

Unfortunately, we don’t currently have a showroom. We only offer an online service at this stage. We do offer a flat rate of just $9.95 for home delivery Australia Wide.

Can I pick up?

At this stage, we don’t allow pick up – as we don’t have a showroom. Delivery is usually pretty quick, and you can learn more about our Shipping and Delivery here.

Where do you source your Products from?

We searched high and low for the best travel bags … we actually spent 18-months sourcing samples to select the ones we thought were the best.

Our products are sourced from China. The three suppliers we use meet all the ethical standards and provide a seamless service and excellent product.

Can I Return an Item?

Providing you have not used the item and the tags are still on, you absolutely can! Read our Returns Policy for more information.

Do you have any stockists?

Unfortunately, not at this stage. We are working really hard on this, so please watch this space!

Do the Power Packs come with the USB Charging Bags?

At this stage, we don’t sell the PowerPacks, you will need to source them separately. Our USB charging backpacks come with the connection only – so that you can store the power pack in your bag, and charge your phone on the go!
