RETURNS POLICY

Thanks for shopping with Noconah. We value our customers and want you to have peace of mind when purchasing from us. We rarely see problems with our products, but if you ever do have an issue with your order, we offer 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If within the 28 days of receipt of the item you are not satisfied, you will need to return the item. Please note, Shipping cost is non-refundable and Noconah will not refund shipping return costs. 

Upon receipt of the item we will replace the item with an identical item or refund the cost of the goods (excluding delivery costs), being that the item has been unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the packaging. You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging and deemed suitable for resale (unless faulty). Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, Noconah checks all returns, and if we consider the fault to be due to misuse or self-damage, then a refund will not be given.

Please return your items in the original packaging to: Noconah – 43 Plantation Crescent, MAudsland QLD 4210.

Please ensure to provide a note with your name, order number and reason for your return.

We suggest tracking delivery if you send product back, so that our signature is required upon receipt of the item, because we will not issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.

REFUND POLICY

Our products may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You also may be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you believe there is a major fault with the products you have received, please let us know within 7-days by contacting us directly.  Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.

This section applies to the return of all goods, regardless of whether they are faulty, or you change your mind or need a different size.

For change of mind returns, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error.

REFUND

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Noconah will not be liable to you for loss you or any third party suffers for delay or failure to process your order or deliver goods due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided in an order.

FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS

If ever you find a product faulty please fill in the form below and ensure to provide a picture of the faulty item. We will contact you upon receiving the email. If the item is faulty then we will happily provide you a refund or an exchange.
